Anxiety is a little (or big) voice inside our heads trying to tell us about the threats and dangers around us, but sometimes they are too many or too big to handle all on our own. 

You're not alone if you feel overwhelmed! Whisper all your troubles to the Worry Bunnies and then zip them up inside Anxiety Rabbit to let them think up good solutions. For really big fears, let them ponder until the next Full Moon rolls around (you see the rabbit in the moon, right?) and they'll have come up with a great answer!

NOTE: Don't disturb the Worry Bunnies after midnight. They need time to work on those problems, at least until the next morning.

NOTE: While the Worry Bunnies work on the problems, tell Anxiety Rabbit about all the things you can be grateful for. It doesn't make those other problems go away, but it does help you - and Anxiety Rabbit - feel so much better.

 

**NOTE regarding the Tie-Dye Pattern on the Ears:
Every rabbit sold will have a slightly different pattern on the ears as these are cut from a single, large pattern, and variation results from differing locations.
